popup with PartialView content not showing in InitPopup

  replace `@Html.Awe().InitAwe()` with `@Html.Awe().Init()`, `InitAwe` initializes only `AwesomeMvc.js`, `Init` will initialize everything ( + awem, aweUtils, and more) since you're using the older MVC5 you can follow this example: https://www.aspnetawesome.com/learn/mvc/Installation#ASPnet-MVC-5-_Layoutcshtml-example
