How to pass a parameter value from the CheckBoxList to the controller action that gets its data

This is my existing cshtml code: the controller end point looks like : public async Task<ActionResult> PatientInfo(int patientId, bool includeSSN= false) CSHTML: new Column { Bind = "PatientInfo", Header = "PatientInfo" } .Mod(o => o.Inline(Html.Awe().AjaxCheckboxList("SelectedPatients").CssClass("awe-txt selectMaxWidth").Controller("PatientInfo").Action("PatientInfo").Parent("#PrefixPatientID", "patientID")), I am now want to pass a *true* includeSSN for this one cshtml page. How do i do that?
